Convention Highlights

Convention will kickoff with a motivational welcome from NAHCA co-founders Lori Porter and Lisa Cantrell along with the NAHCA team. This year’s convention features a variety of educational and motivational sessions designed to maximize the personal and professional potential of nursing assistants.

OKC Memorial Tour June 2, 2010  7:00 - 10:00pm
The Oklahoma City National Memorial & Museum was created to honor those who were killed, those who survived and those changed forever by the 1995 bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City. The Memorial and Museum are dedicated to educating visitors about the impact of violence, informing about events surrounding the bombing, and inspiring hope and healing through lessons learned by those affected.

Registration includes all educational sessions and handouts, 5 meals, "Key to Quality" Awards banquet ticket, convention tote bag, convention t-shirt and Oklahoma National Memorial & Museum tour ticket for June 2, 2010.  All registration fees must be paid by May 16. Names of attendees can be submitted later.

Space is limited—Register Early

All attendees must be registered by May 15, 2010 . Registrations received after May 1, are subject to tote bag and t-shirt substitutions. Registration forms may be photocopied if additional registration space is required. For questions or additional information, contact Deb Paniak at NAHCA.

Awards Banquet
Individual tickets for the 16th Annual "Key to Quality" Awards Banquet may be purchased for $50 for those attending the banquet ONLY. Advance tickets may be purchased between Feb 1 and May 30, 2010. Space is limited. To order banquet tickets, contact NAHCA at (800) 784-6049.

Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations must be in writing and sent to NAHCA via mail, fax, or e-mail. Cancellations received by March 30 will receive a full refund less a $50 processing fee. Cancellations received April 1 - April 30 will receive a 50% refund; cancellations received May 1 - May 20 will receive a 25% refund. No refund will be given for cancellations received after May 21.

Substitutions are welcome upon notification prior to the convention.

Airport Shuttle Information (Service provided by Renaissance)

Incoming / Arrivals
Renaissance will pick up 24/7 from the airport. When taxing in on the runway, please call (405) 228-8086. Renaissance Shuttle will arrive in about 15 minutes once dispatched. Please meet the driver outside the lower level baggage claim area in the “Courtesy Shuttle” lane.
Outgoing / Departures
Renaissance departs to the airport on the hour from 4am-Midnight. To arrange transportation, please go the bell stand and Renaissance staff will arrange a time to transport you to Will Rogers-OKC Airport.
