Professional Development Coach - Position involves the motivational communication and educational support and training of member Certified Nursing Assistants through use of the NAHCA Virtual Campus of Care (NVCC).  Must have possessed a valid CNA certificate and field experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant in Geriatrics.  Position requires computer skills, excellent verbal and written communication, extensive phone use and occasional travel.
